                    Body jerks related to stress and anxiety?

                    I’ve been suffering from stress and anxiety and sometimes my arms or head would jerk slightly randomly, but it doesn’t happen when I’m busy doing something, or when i’m not thinking about it…i also have muscle spasms in my back and arms…not sure if this is stress related or anything like that, i worry it could be a brain tumor or something..but i don’t have any other symptoms other than sore shoulders and back…has anyone experienced something like this??
