Muscle stress, does it mean my muscles are growing?
I overdid it at a karate class yesterday, but I lift weights quite a lot. My muscles are in so much pain, does it mean thier growing?

But very likely you have an injury. If the pain does not go away in few hours after work out. It is rue that you need to stress them to built them stronger but there is a fine line. You may just have croosed that line. But hope not.
Do this.
1). Rest.
2). Cold and Hot compressions, alternately.
3). Pain killers such as Aspirin/Tylenol.
4). Vitamin B6 it help rejuvenate the tissues.
Hope you have seen a Dr. and had a X’ Rayed taken, or had MRI done. Make an appointment for a Dr. and if need be cancel it later in time to avoid visit fees, if you get batter in time.
