		<description>you could use both, it will help....but you should try a good relax technique, like meditation, deep breathing, and rotating your shoulders from time to time, also be aware of when you are tensing up and relax your shoulders....i also use something called therigesic,(i think thats how its spelled) its a muscle rub but with out the harsh smell...it works great</description>

		<description>try to rotate your shoulders while breathing deep but slow ( simultaneously and then alternate)...... always ice first! never more than 15 to 20 minute intervals..... then heat after 15 mins for 15 to 20 mins. try a chair massage they are great!</description>

		<description>Hear or ice will help.  Use which ever one feels best to you.  Personally I don&#039;t like cold.

A massage would do wonders.  If you live near a massage therapy school, it is worth a weekly visit.  

Join a fitness center/gym/YMCA.  Someone there can show you the best exercises for what you want to accomplish.  Or buy weights and use the Internet to find good exercises.  Hope  you are more relaxed soon.</description>
